Hope you enjoyed Valentine’s Day! Tomorrow is Mardi Gras and we’re all celebrating a little different this year - no parades but you can see the Floats in the Oaks. I’ve had a couple of slices of King Cake, so at least that hasn’t changed!
We’re only a few weeks away from our Shamrock Sprint on Saturday, March 13th. It will be virtual again this year, but we’ve created a packet of fun and useful items for all who register for our event. There’s a special item in the packet for the first 50 people who sign up! Please watch our Facebook page for dates and times for packet distribution. We plan on having the packets out to everyone who signs up prior to the race. You can also chose to have your packet mailed to you, if you wish.
To sign up for our Shamrock Sprint, simply go to our web site and look for the Store in the menu. That will take you to a Fundraiser option - just click on the 2021 Shamrock Sprint Registration + T-shirt to complete your registration.
Weather permitting, we are planning a live post on Facebook to kick off the Shamrock Sprint. Several of us will be at the downtown Covington Trailhead to start things off. Please monitor our Facebook page for more information. We hope you’ll watch!
Please send us photos and videos of you in your Shamrock Sprint gear as you run or walk! We love seeing everyone in those green shirts with their finisher’s medals!
